Join us for the 4th annual "Festival del Mole" a culinary celebration that will showcase over 20+ moles created by local community and professional chefs. Explore the diverse array of mole flavors, from traditional to contemporary, and enjoy live demonstrations of the mole-making process. In addition to the culinary delights, the festival will feature local artisan vendors, "El Tapiz de Westwood" community textiles art show, cultural dance performances, youth activities, photo booth and much more.
Participating chefs will also offer mole entrees and prepackaged mole for those looking to bring the flavors home. The chef lineup will be announced approximately two weeks before the event and can be found on the event website.
